Are You Pregnant?

UAMS is looking for pregnant women between the ages of 18 and 40 years old and in the first trimester to participate in a research study! The study is on biotin nutrition. The water-based vitamin will be measured in the participant’s blood and urine, and may be asked to continue taking the supplement and to return three weeks later for another measurement. This is a healthy study for you and your baby!

I am interested in the study, but don’t have much time in my schedule…how long will it take?

The study is short and sweet! It consists of one qualifying visit which will take about 20 minutes. If you qualify, two additional visits of 20 minutes each will be necessary…And the two extra visits are over six to eight weeks, so there’s plenty of time to plan ahead!

and…here’s the best part: compensation will be provided for your time! You’ve got nothing to lose!

If you are interested in helping UAMS and their research study of biotin nutrition, you may contact Marie at 501-526-4201.
