The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra presents familiar carols and classical Christmas compositions at Happy Holidays at 8 p.m. today and Saturday (Dec. 16 and 17) and 3 p.m. Sunday (Dec. 18) at Robinson Center Music Hall, Markham and Broadway, Little Rock. Children in kindergarten through 12th grade can attend Sunday matinee performances for free (with the purchase of an adult ticket) using the Entergy Kids Ticket available for download by going to www.arkansassymphony.org. Adult tickets range from $14-$52 and can be purchased online or by calling (501) 666-1761. Student and military tickets are $10.

 

Caroling in the Forest, an annual family tradition at Pinnacle Mountain State Park, is happening from 7-9 p.m. Saturday.

Bring a flashlight and meet at the Kingfisher Trail to stroll into the forest and sing favorite holiday caroles along a paved walkway.

Visit with fellow singers afterward while enjoying hot chocolate around a campfire at the Pinnacle Pavilion.
